GAIN MUSCLE. Everyone should aim for at least 1 pound of muscle in September. ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ If you hit your protein goals, use creatine + collagen daily, and stay consistent with workouts (3โ4 days a week), you can absolutely make it happen.
LOSE FAT. Comes naturally if youโre disciplined with nutrition, recovery, and effort. ๐๐ฅ
